Concrete Columns Design (Eurocode 2) - V11

Hello.
Someone has been aware of the difference in the quantity of steel in reinforced concrete columns (Eurocode 2), between the versions 8, 9 and 11?
The same model run in each of these versions gives results of increasing version to version.
The version 8 to version 9 the jump is small, most 5 to 10% while that for version 11 the jump is over 50%.
All this with the same model and with the same definitions of materials, actions, security coefficients, etc..
Does anyone have any explanation for this? Where is the error or the difference?
