Hello, (My Spanish is so bad that i have to ask in English, i apologize for that :? )

I'm a french engineer, and i'm going to need your help.

I have to study a tank design using NTC-RCDF 2004 and probably another Mexican code referring to tank.
Thanks to you, i found the NTC, but i wasn't able to find the elements i was looking for.

Talking about the study, i need to use finite element one, design of the tank is too complex for another type of analysis.
I am looking for the acceptance factor equivalent to Chap 5 section VIII division 2 of the ASME:

General primary membrane equivalent stress (Pm)
Local primary membrane equivalent stress (Pl) etc...

I am also looking for the evolution of steel characteristics with temperature.

Could you guys help me on this?

Thank you from the other side of the ocean!

for drinkable water:

Thanks a lot!

I had additionals informations, and i am now considering using the asme code.

Are the ASME codes applicable in mexico?
In another way, does the Mexican authorities authorize the ASME code for the calculation/design of the industrial structures?

Many thanks!

Some of the currently used codes are USA modified, but Mexicans are very territorial in that matters, but with exceptions when the applicable code doesn't exists.
Seems ASME code doesn't have equivalence.
