Modeling Tuned Mass Dampers in ETABS v9.5

Hi, I am finishing my thesis on the behavior of hight buidings, around 40-story,
analysing diferent alternatives with different materials.
Now that I am finishing it, I need to compare the behavior of the building,
with and without TMD, so I want your advice of how to model it in ETABS
since I tried and tried and couldn'´t do it.
I saw that someone brought this topic 2 years ago, but since there was
no clear answer, I am asking again.
